HOT FEED RUBBER EXTRUDERS

High Output Extrusion for Pre-Heated Rubber Compounds

Designed for continuous, high-efficiency extrusion of pre-heated rubber compounds with consistent output and superior surface finish.

WHAT IS A HOT FEED EXTRUDER USED FOR

Hot feed extruders process rubber that is pre-heated through mixing mills or warmers.  They are widely used where:

  • High output is required
  • Continuous production is essential
  • Consistent extrusion quality is critical

STANDARD SALIENT FEATURES

  • Screw / Scroll
Alloy steel, nitrided / hardened and polished for wear resistance
  • Barrel
Steel fabricated, jacketed for efficient heating and cooling with replaceable liners
  • Feed System
Spiral undercut feeding with feed roll arrangement for proper bite and continuous feed
  • Gear Box
Heavy duty multi-stage helical gear box for efficient power transmission
  • Drive System
Variable speed drive system for controlled extrusion
  • Cooling System
Efficient cooling through rotary joints for process stability

ENGINEERED WITH SOLIDWORKS

All extruders are designed using SolidWorks for precise screw geometry, barrel alignment, and flow optimization.
